We are seeking personable and energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our ever-growing inbound call center. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Key Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Schedule appointments for home repair companies
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
Ability to work weekends
Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Work from Home Requirements
