Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
1+ year of experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues.
