Job Overview
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station real-time, hands-on support. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised, and connecting them with experts who can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. This role goes beyond fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it's about making a positive impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

Communicating with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email
Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure their issues are resolved efficiently
Upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer, regardless of their background or circumstances
Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers to prevent future problems
Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present, using your knowledge of our logistics and supply chain operations
Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, using your excellent communication skills
Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome, using your analytical and problem-solving skills
Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, using your knowledge of our policies and procedures
Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

High School or equivalent diploma
Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced logistics or supply chain environment
Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer expectations
Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise responses to customer issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach problems logically and make effective decisions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Physical ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds, as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience in a customer-facing role
Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
Proficiency in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
Experience working in a logistics or supply chain environment, with knowledge of delivery operations and customer service principles
