**A Day in the Life as a Customer Service Phone Representative**
As a Customer Service Phone Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, answering incoming calls, booking service appointments, and managing our club membership base. You'll work closely with our dispatcher to ensure that each call is scheduled efficiently, keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do. When things get busy, you'll stay proactive, making outbound calls and helping to renew memberships. Whether it's solving a problem or making sure customers are booked for their service, you'll be the key to keeping things running smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Book service appointments and manage our club membership base to ensure customer satisfaction
* Work closely with the dispatcher to schedule calls efficiently and effectively
* Make outbound calls to customers to renew memberships and promote careerzynith services
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication and data management
**Minimum Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
* Associate degree (preferred)
* Bilingual (preferred)
**Work Location & Schedule:**
* Location: Willis, TX
* Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM (hours are negotiable)
