Experienced Customer Service - Order to Cash Associate – Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience in a Dynamic Environment

**About the Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service - Order to Cash Associate, you will take ownership of orders from external and internal customers, collaborating with our Product team, Sales, and Account Support teams to ensure successful and on-time delivery of services. You will have the opportunity to learn, develop, and create complex reports for sharing insights and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining exceptional customer experiences
* Ensuring timely processing of access and entitlements requests
* Responding professionally to customer queries via phone and email using Best Practice guidelines
* Adhering to Business/Process requirements as per SOP/Training Module
* Developing in-depth knowledge of processes and businesses
* Completing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for escalations and implementing Corrective Action Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
* Ensuring quality audits are conducted whenever required
* Providing key support and resources for collections in the invoicing process
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Good experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
* Excellent problem-solving skills, resolving problems using existing solutions
* Ability to adapt and flex to deliver multiple priorities in a rapidly changing administrative environment
* Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new systems
* Fluency in English, verbal and written, with excellent all-round communication skills
* Ability to work as a team player and effectively collaborate within a matrix organization
* Comfortable working different shifts based on business needs (UK/US/INDIA)
