Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively. Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure their inquiries have been properly addressed. * **Order Management**: Process orders, exchanges, and returns in a timely manner while maintaining accurate records. Manage customer accounts, update information, and ensure data integrity within the system. Support promotional campaigns and initiatives by efficiently communicating relevant information to customers. * **Reporting and Feedback**: Compile and analyze customer feedback, providing insights and suggestions to improve service delivery and company products. Prepare regular reports on customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions to identify trends and areas for improvement. Share constructive feedback with management to enhance customer service processes and employee training. * **Training and Development**: Participate in training programs and continuous learning opportunities to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
