**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Supervising administrative staff and coordinating schedules, meetings, and training
* Supporting onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring SOP adherence
* Maintaining supply inventory, office equipment, and vendor relationships
* Overseeing cash/check handling and deposit reconciliation per agency SOP
* Monitoring ECRM task management and follow-up activities
* Ensuring agency compliance with careerzynith procedures and documentation standards
* Leading quality assurance efforts, reviewing client interactions and file accuracy
* Facilitating a professional, welcoming environment for clients and team members
