You will apply your knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with quotes, policy changes, and claims, and identify member needs to provide tailored solutions that ensure their financial security. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional customer service to our members through phone, email, and other channels * Applying your knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with quotes, policy changes, and claims * Identifying member needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure their financial security * Operating in a fast-paced contact center environment, navigating multiple systems and programs * Maintaining required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations **What You Bring** To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a combination of skills and experience, including: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent * Exceptional customer service skills with clear and professional communication * Ability to acquire Property & Casualty license before hire date and complete state registrations within 90 days **What Sets You Apart** While a strong foundation in customer service and insurance is essential, we are also looking for candidates who bring a unique perspective and set of skills to the table.
