Our dynamic and supportive work environment is designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and innovation, allowing our team members to reach their full potential. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Insurance Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Facilitating the Property & Casualty member experience by handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and professionalism. * Assisting members with foundational to moderately complex quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions, and premium changes for insurance products and services. * Identifying, evaluating, and understanding member needs to provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services. * Providing detailed issue diagnosis while minimizing member transfers, escalations, and call backs. * Efficiently operating in a contact center environment and navigating multiple systems and programs while maintaining engaging member interactions across multiple channels. * Maintaining required Property & Casualty license and state registrations. * Ensuring risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * The ability to provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally by phone and email. * The ability to prioritize and multi-task while navigating through multiple business applications. * Knowledge and understanding of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements. * The ability to acquire Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations within 90 days of hire. **Nice-to-haves** While not required, having the following experience and skills will make you an even stronger candidate: * 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment. * 6 months experience frequently communicating with customers by phone, e-mail, and/or face-to-face. * US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner. **Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the well-being and success of our team members.
