**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive revenue growth

**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of previous customer service experience (phone or in-person)
* Sales experience is a plus, but not required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases (ServiceTitan)
* Ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data
* Excellent attendance and punctuality
