**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by converting warm leads into satisfied customers. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, highlight our top-tier service offerings, and seal the deal. **Key Responsibilities**
* Convert warm leads into satisfied customers through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service
* Highlight careerzynith's top-tier service offerings and address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Utilize CRM databases (ServiceTitan) to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and identify opportunities for growth
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Meet or exceed sales performance metrics, including revenue targets and call volume
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of previous customer service experience (phone or in-person)
* Sales experience is a plus, but not required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
* High character and integrity with a team-oriented work ethic
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* Computer savvy with experience using Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases
* Ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data
* Excellent attendance is mandatory
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous sales experience in the home services industry
* Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM databases
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance metrics
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
