We're seeking candidates who can commit to at least 24 hours of availability per week, working 6-8 hour shifts, particularly on our busiest days, which are Mondays and Tuesdays. As a Customer Service Home Agent, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a legendary experience with careerzynith. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a tech-savvy spirit. You'll need to have a quiet, dedicated workspace that meets our requirements, including a personal computer, a webcam, and a headset with a microphone for video calls.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Home Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

* Welcoming customers to careerzynith and assisting them with placing orders
* Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services
* Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support
* Adhering to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
