We're committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we're excited to welcome talented individuals like you to our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Field Technician, you'll be responsible for performing startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on arenaflex equipment, including static transfer switches, power distribution equipment, and remote power panels. You'll also provide customer support while on-site and via email and phone, maintain timely and detailed service records, and respond to emergency situations. This is a remote position with travel opportunities to customers within surrounding areas and states. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on arenaflex equipment, including: + Static transfer switches + Power distribution equipment + Remote power panels * Provide customer support while on-site and via email and phone * Maintain timely and detailed service records in the arenaflex system * Respond to emergency situations and provide critical incident support * Regularly scheduled time slots for 24/7 incident response **Requirements** * Service experience with electric power systems – Required * Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills – Required * Ability to read diagrams and schematics – Required * Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC-based programs – Required * Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge – Required * Associate degree in electrical field – Preferred * Electronics or electrical training from military service – Preferred * Clean driving record – Required * US Citizenship or C1 Permanent Resident Alien status – Required **Work Location** * Training will be conducted at arenaflex Headquarters in Aurora, Ohio * Field service work will be performed at customer sites through the US and Canada, requiring travel * At times, weekend or possibly holiday work may be required **Compensation & Benefits Package** * Salary non-exempt status * Group health, vision, and dental benefits * Competitive 401(k) match * Generous paid time off * Simplified travel expense processing **Equal Employment Opportunity** arenaflex is an equal employment opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
