**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service – Data / Order Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Data/Order entry, process orders, process returns, process credits, process truck claims
* Assist customers with pricing, inventory, and order status
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
* Document and update customer records based on interactions
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide expert advice to customers
