**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Credit Specialist 3 (New Accounts Servicing), you'll be responsible for capturing and recording data related to credit exposure, obligors, and facilities in relevant credit systems. You'll work closely with our Operations – Services team to ensure data quality, monitor credit exposure, and adhere to overall credit policies. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide assistance to a variety of products and services, including new account servicing
* Assist on assignments of moderate complexity under general supervision
* Assist on a wide range of specialized administrative and technical tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
* Exchange moderately complex information with others, including customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Evaluate and select solutions to complete limited complexity assignments, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding careerzynith, its clients, and assets
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or credit-related role
* Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies, including credit policies and procedures
* Demonstrated technical and administrative knowledge, including data entry and record-keeping skills
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication, as well as listening skills
* High School diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or credit-related role
* Advanced knowledge of credit policies and procedures
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
* Certification in credit analysis or a related field
