As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-facing operations, working closely with clients to provide exceptional service and support. **Why You'll Love This Role** As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to: * Collaborate with customers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner * Advise and sell air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders * Provide assistance with passenger check-in and baggage handling * Interpret government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments * Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times * Provide support to distressed passengers and customers * Safeguard company property and revenue * Ensure safe travel * Utilize your skills and expertise to perform various job-related tasks * Work independently and require minimal supervision * Answer and assist during security and crisis situations * Follow internal/external policies and procedures * May be required to drive and work air stairs to board and deplane passengers * Be responsible for the overall performance within the workspace and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees * May be required to perform Passenger Activity Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication, as well as Peak capabilities **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Least Capabilities Training and Earlier Professional training * Read, write, speak, and understand the English language * Bilingual language skills may be required in certain areas * A valid, substantial driver's license as required by local authorities * To satisfy FAA criminal background checks to meet requirements for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * To obtain suitable airport power and/or US Customs security identification, if applicable * Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays * Ability to answer to manage an ordinary and convenient premise **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * Medical benefits: From day one, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits.
