**Job Description:**

**Duration:** 0-2+ Months (Temp to Engage)

**Shift:** 1st Shift (Monday to Friday)

**Location:** Downtown and Midtown New York (Multi-Site Role)

**Job Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator – Multi-Site Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support across multiple sites in downtown and midtown New York. Your daily responsibilities will include:

* Providing coverage and support at multiple sites in NYC
* Reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and other office services
* Mailroom operations
* Print production (printing, assembling, binding)
* Key-op (replenishing toner and paper in printers, clearing jams)
* Greeting and assisting visitors and answering and forwarding calls
* Scheduling conference rooms through Outlook or other applications
* Communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person
* Assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and other office areas
* Conference room set up/take down
* Other duties, as assigned

**Physical Requirements:**

The role requires:

* Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
* Standing for extended periods
* Walking between different buildings
* Occasional lifting when shipping/receiving packages, receiving catering orders
