About the Role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences. You'll use your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs, ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing. You'll also mentor others as your skillset expands, achieve sales targets, and acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to find out what they want and need from their next car purchase
Use your knowledge of the careerzynith inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
Guide customers every step of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
Mentor others as your skillset expands
Achieve sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states - may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license
What We Offer:
An hourly rate of $18.00 - $26.70
A performance-based sales incentive in addition to your hourly rate

Qualifications and Requirements:
Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred
Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
A high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn and master new technologies; strong computer skills
Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year according to needs of the business
Hybrid role with requirement for working on site one day per week
Must meet Minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and Speed of internet service)
Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
