**Key Responsibilities**
As a Consultant - Streaming Support at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of streaming services and their features
* Utilizing CRM applications to track customer interactions and resolve issues
* Working effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment, using multiple applications simultaneously
* Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
* Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
* Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Technical support experience
* Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
* Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
* Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
**Requirements for Remote Work**
To work from home, you'll need:
* Excellent Internet connectivity
