Job Description
As a Consultant Streaming Support - Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers of our streaming media and entertainment client. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also promoting our client's products and services. You will work remotely from the comfort of your own home, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide basic troubleshooting support for streaming services on various devices, including phones, smart TVs, and other streaming devices
Use your knowledge of streaming services to answer customer questions and provide recommendations for movies, TV shows, and other content
Utilize CRM applications to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and technologies


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Essential Qualifications:

Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
Experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated understanding of streaming services on various devices
Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Technical support experience and strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously

Experience working with CRM applications
Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment
Strong knowledge of movies, TV shows, and animated stories, with the ability to make recommendations to customers
