**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Consultant on our careerzynith Answer Team, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to client service requests and issues in a call center environment
* Delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries
* Accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on initial client communication
* Providing support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration
* Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients
* Utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Prior call center experience
* Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies (preferred)
* The capability to develop technical acumen
* A strong client-facing orientation
* Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience working in a health care environment
* Knowledge of health care industry regulations and compliance
