Job Overview
In this remote chat operator position, you will engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients in a professional and favorable manner. Your primary objective will be to turn conversations into leads, ultimately contributing to our clients' revenue generation. Key Responsibilities:

Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing timely support
Represent arenaflex automotive dealer clients in a professional and favorable manner, ensuring a positive brand image
Utilize your gaming experience to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to customer inquiries
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including chat volume, response time, and customer satisfaction targets
Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends, ensuring accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry developments


Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

Reside within the state of Kansas, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
Own a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the following technical specifications:

Minimum 8 GB of RAM
64-bit Operating System
8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)


Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
Gaming experience is preferred, but not required


Essential Qualifications:
In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will possess:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in online conversations and provide exceptional customer experiences
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in operating systems, software applications, and hardware
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
High school diploma or equivalent required, with post-secondary education or relevant experience preferred


Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Familiarity with the automotive industry or related fields
Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
