Key Responsibilities Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their queries and providing them with accurate and helpful information Represent our automotive dealer clients in a favorable and professional manner, ensuring that their brand reputation is upheld at all times Utilize your gaming experience to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to customer problems Work independently in a remote environment, managing your time effectively to meet performance targets and deadlines Attend remote training sessions, as required, to develop your skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to share best practices, resolve issues, and improve overall performance Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Live within the state of Iowa, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the minimum technical specifications (8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher) Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred Gaming experience is preferred, although not essential Essential Qualifications In addition to the requirements outlined above, the ideal candidate will have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to customer problems Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with the automotive industry, although not essential Additional language skills, although not required Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner Problem-solving skills : strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to customer problems Technical skills : basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Time management skills : strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously Adaptability : ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including new software, processes, and procedures Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
