Key Responsibilities

Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing support in a timely and professional manner

Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients in a positive and professional light, adhering to our brand values and guidelines
Convert conversations into leads, driving revenue for our clients and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex
Collaborate with our team to share best practices, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Must live within the state of Texas, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the minimum technical requirements (8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher)
Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, with a strong commitment to learning and development
Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Gaming experience is preferred, but not required, as we value the skills and strategies you can bring to this role
