**What You'll Do:**

As a Customer Service Center Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* **Supervising and Directing Customer Service Activities**: You'll oversee the daily operations of our customer care center, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
* **Handling Customer Service Issues**: You'll be responsible for resolving complex customer complaints and issues, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and loyal.
* **Reviewing and Managing Key Metrics**: You'll analyze and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, customer satisfaction, delivery efficiency, and net promoter scores.
* **Training and Developing Customer Service Representatives**: You'll provide coaching, mentoring, and training to our customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
* **Providing Support to Remote Delivery Centers**: You'll work closely with our remote delivery centers across the US, providing support and guidance to ensure seamless operations.
* **Ensuring Prompt Responses and Resolutions**: You'll coordinate with sales, delivery managers, and corporate staff to resolve complex customer billing or service issues promptly and efficiently.

**What You Bring:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Five Years or More of Job-Related Experience**: You'll have a proven track record of management success in a related customer service environment.
* **Proven Leadership Skills**: You'll have a strong ability to lead and motivate teams, with a proven track record of success in a management role.
* **Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills**: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
* **Analytical Ability**: You'll be able to review and understand business reports, with a strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
* **Ability to Lead and Develop Teams**: You'll have a proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on employee growth and development.
