**Key Responsibilities**

As a Call Center Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Conducting outbound calls to customers, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor that builds trust and rapport.
* Capturing and entering data accurately during interactions, maintaining the highest level of data integrity.
* Upselling products and services as appropriate, leveraging your sales skills to identify opportunities and close deals.
* Scheduling appointments in a business-to-customer format, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
* Staying informed about campaign products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively, providing expert advice and guidance.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Experience**: At least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripts is required. You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding performance targets, and adapting to new technologies and processes.
* **Communication Skills**: A clear, friendly, and professional voice; strong people skills and active listening abilities are essential. You'll be able to communicate complex information in a simple, concise manner, building trust and rapport with customers.
* **Reliability**: Excellent attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable. You'll be committed to meeting deadlines, attending training sessions, and participating in team meetings.
* **Sales Experience**: Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. If you have a sales background, you'll be able to leverage your skills to identify opportunities and close deals.
* **Education**: A high school diploma or GED is required. You'll have a solid foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
* **Technical Skills**: Basic computer skills and proficiency are necessary. You'll be comfortable using software applications, navigating online platforms, and troubleshooting technical issues.
