**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service & Benefits Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth administration of benefits programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Administering benefits programs, including enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve processes
* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded

**Essential Qualifications**
