With a strong commitment to innovation and customer-centricity, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. ### Job Summary As a Customer Service Benefit Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues related to their health benefits. You will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. This is a full-time remote overnight role, working an 8-hour shift schedule between 8:00 pm - 8:00 am EST, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays required. ### Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues on the first call, providing timely and accurate solutions * Guide and educate customers on the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health plans * Assist customers in navigating our websites and encouraging self-sufficiency * Collaborate with internal specialists and care providers to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support ### Essential Qualifications * High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience * Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience * Proficiency in computer navigation and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new and complex systems * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry * Familiarity with medical terminology * Background in social work, behavioral health, or health promotion ### Skills and Competencies Required for Success * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in computer navigation and Windows PC applications * Ability to learn new and complex systems * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences ### Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to creating a culture of continuous learning and growth.
