**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area and surrounding areas
* Model and share customer service best practices with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or pharmacy environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
