Experienced Customer Service Associate – Swedish Language Support for careerzynith
**Job Summary:**

**Role and Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional support experiences to our customers in Sweden through phone, chat, and email
* Answering customer queries on a variety of topics, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance
* Using a range of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
* Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
* Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Key Qualifications:**
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* Right to work in The Netherlands
* Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
* Experience working with a computer
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
* Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
* Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
* Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
