We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible support experience, and we are looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing support through phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers, using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions. You will work variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts, and will be compensated accordingly. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional support experiences for customers through phone, chat, and email * Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions * Work variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts * Communicate effectively with customers, using strong communication skills in Swedish and basic communication skills in English * Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers * Work in a high-energy environment, multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum age: 18 years old * Have the right to work in The Netherlands * Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English * Experience working with a computer * The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm * Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required) * Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid) * A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) * From a technical perspective, a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI) **Preferred Qualifications** * Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented * Friendly and customer-focused in every situation * Ability to learn quickly and embrace change * Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment **What We Offer** * A competitive hourly rate of €15.50 per hour * Up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only) * Salary increase after 6 months tenure * Life insurance * Internet allowance * Disney employee discount * Lifestyle benefits and retail discounts through our Disney Extras program * Expert training and ongoing opportunities to learn more and develop your skills **Work Environment and Culture** * Work from home in the Netherlands, with a quiet, distraction-free work space * Collaborative and dynamic team environment * Opportunities for growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements to meet customer needs **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills in Swedish, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
