**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Serving as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and requests, via phone, email, and chat
* Supporting frontline CS operation teams to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer service
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, working cross-functionally with other teams as needed
* Producing accurate reports, identifying root causes, and coming up with relevant action plans to address the gaps in relation to the team, department KPIs, and service quality standards
* Completing ad-hoc assignments from the CX Functional team
* Initiating projects that will help improve customer satisfaction and address business requirements (ABR, contact ratio, etc.)
**Requirements:**

* Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
* Good communication skills in both Arabic and basic communication in English
