**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
* Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
* Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Recommending items for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience.
* Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
* Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensuring that inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
* Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
* Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
* Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise, and completing resets and revisions as directed.
* Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.
* Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
* Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
* Complying with all company policies and procedures, and maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
**Training & Personal Development**
