Experienced Customer Service Associate - Remote Work from Home in the Netherlands for blithequark

As a key part of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers based in Sweden. About the Role As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns Use a range of tools and systems to research and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, weekends, and national holidays Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge Basic Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications: Be at least 18 years old Have the right to work in The Netherlands Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English Experience working with a computer Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required) Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid) A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) A minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI) Preferred Qualifications and Strengths While not essential, the following strengths and qualifications are highly desirable: Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented Friendly and customer-focused in every situation Ability to learn quickly and embrace change Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a range of benefits and perks to support our employees' well-being and career development.
