**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to both new and existing clients. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with business clients, addressing and resolving any customer issues or complaints, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and outcomes within agreed-upon timelines.

* Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints, ensuring a smooth experience and maximum satisfaction
* Meet sales targets and consistently exceed sales goals and outcomes within agreed-upon timelines
* Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure coordinated and effective sales efforts
