We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our customers and service providers. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and providing guidance to service providers. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns
* Handle customer bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
* Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
* Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers
* Collaborate with the remote team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Utilize technology to facilitate team communication, training, and meetings

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and service providers
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in using computer applications, including CRM software and online booking systems
* Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
* Ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
* Track multiple issues at the same time
* Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions
* Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
