About the Role:

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and satisfaction. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and/or email, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delighting customers
Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, and stay current with industry trends and best practices


Essential Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Knowledge of Amazon products and services
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Fluency in multiple languages
Experience with data entry and management


Skills and Competencies:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
