Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and making a lasting impact in the industry. **Job Overview** * Start date: Immediate openings available * Location: Remote (with initial 4-week in-office training in Coppell, TX) * Compensation: $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility, bi-annual bonuses, and annual equity grant **The Opportunity** As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our sellers and customers, providing elite service and support via phone and email. You will work to resolve order-related issues, investigate customer experience issues, and navigate our order queue to provide real-time assistance. **Role Expectations** In the first 30 days, you will complete new hire orientation, gain industry knowledge, and develop critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues.
