Job Overview
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience. Your main priority will be to provide great customer service, and you will be responsible for taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, talking to customers, and more. We are looking for individuals who are team players, excellent communicators, and happy, courteous, and enthusiastic. If you have previous experience in customer service, retail, or the restaurant industry, we encourage you to apply. However, no experience is required, as we provide paid training for all new team members.
Key Responsibilities
Taking orders in the drive-thru and processing payments efficiently
Assembling orders and delivering food to customers
Cleaning the dining room, tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience
Working together as a team to ensure continuity of service and completing tasks and assignments
Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
Multitasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain qualities and skills, including:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
Ability to ascend or descend stairs
Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
