**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Associate in our Medicaid Call Center, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and compassion. **Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate information and make sound decisions
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a Medicaid or healthcare setting
* Knowledge of Medicaid services and policies
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish preferred)
* Experience with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
