**Experienced Customer Service Associate - Logistics**

Our commitment to excellence has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the logistics industry. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Associate in our Logistics team, you'll be responsible for monitoring delivery schedules, managing time-sensitive information, and ensuring on-time delivery of materials and products to customer locations. You'll work closely with common carriers, communicate with associates from other shifts, and resolve any transportation issues that may arise. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Use our Transportation Management System (TMS) to enter and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner * Work closely with common carriers to ensure on-time deliveries by checking shipment status daily and maintaining transportation relationships * Communicate effectively with associates from other shifts to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration * Complete daily logs and checklists to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies * Work with customers to resolve any transportation issues that may arise, providing exceptional customer service and support * Identify cost savings opportunities for customers, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction * Participate in other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability **Qualifications** * At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Bachelor's Degree or some college preferred, with a High School Diploma or equivalent necessary * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time-sensitive situations in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn and regularly operate multiple company and customer-owned transportation systems and applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, associates, and common carriers * Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence * Willingness to work First, Second, and Third Shift as needed, with flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to regular, predictable attendance * Ability to travel as necessary, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record **Physical Requirements** * The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
