**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
* Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
* Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as multiple web browsers and instant messenger tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and demands
* Physical stamina to perform tasks that require carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, as well as standing and walking for extended periods
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
* Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
* Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand

**Compensation and Benefits**
careerzynith offers a competitive compensation package, with a base pay range of $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, you may also be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
