**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate IV, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing backlog orders and open orders, communicating late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required
* Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary
* Answering technical queries from customers using online technical references and offering alternatives using available resources
* Driving corrective actions and improvement projects to raise customer satisfaction levels
* Strengthening customer relationships by acting as a liaison between customers and internal points of contact
**What We're Looking For**
* **Education and Experience:** Typically requires 4 or more years of related work experience. Requires a high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
* **Language Skills:** Mandarin is preferred, but not required.

**Compensation and Benefits**
* **Competitive Base Salary:** $44,960-67,440 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
* **Total Compensation:** Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
