**What You'll Do as a Customer Service Associate**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing exceptional customer service by being a good listener, empathetic, and proactive
* Working with confidential customer information while maintaining the highest level of sensitivity and discretion
* Resolving issues on the first interaction by being patient, understanding, and solution-focused
* Maintaining a constant working knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions
* Documenting and updating records in our required systems

We're seeking a high school graduate with a diploma or certificate, who possesses:
* Intermediate English language skills and excellent communication abilities
* A polite and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to understand others' feelings and thoughts
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
* The ability to see the big picture and attention to detail
* No prior experience, but a confident and enthusiastic attitude
