* Answering 40-50 inbound/outbound calls a day, providing exceptional support to our customers
* Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
* Discussing customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR, helping our customers get the most out of their mortgage services
* Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing stress
* Maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor while addressing customer inquiries, always prioritizing their needs
**What's Required: Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Associate I, you'll need:
* A minimum of 6 months customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Call center experience is a plus, but not required
* Must reside within 60 miles of the office location, ensuring easy access to our training facilities
* Attendance required for the first 90 days of training, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our mortgage services and customer support systems
* Availability to work during business hours after training, with flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs
