Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for: • **Assisting Customers with Questions and Recommendations**: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services, ensuring they find the perfect solution for their needs. • **Managing Sales Transactions**: Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. • **Maintaining Store Security and Assets**: Safeguard cash and protect company assets, ensuring the security and integrity of our store operations. • **Keeping the Store Well-Stocked**: Recover merchandise, receive shipments, and restock shelves to maintain a clean and organized store environment. • **Ensuring a Positive and Safe Environment**: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. • **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive shopping experience. • **Collaborating with Colleagues**: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and support team members as needed. **Skills and Experience** To succeed in this role, you'll need: • **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. • **Previous Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is highly preferred. • **Ability to Follow Instructions**: Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required. • **Physical Demands**: Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. • **Excellent Customer Service Skills**: Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required. • **Strong Organizational and Communication Skills**: Strong organizational and communication skills are required. • **Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills**: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required. **Perks and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
