Our stores are more than just a place to shop – they're a hub for connection, community, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate I, your primary responsibilities will include: * Assisting customers with questions and recommendations to ensure a seamless shopping experience * Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register, maintaining accuracy and efficiency * Maintaining the security of cash and protecting company assets, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of integrity and accountability * Keeping the store well-stocked, recovering merchandise, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment * Receiving merchandise and assisting with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards * Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment by maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders * Maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable * Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management team **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred) * Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents * Physical ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting * Excellent customer service and relationship management skills * Strong organizational and communication skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment * Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services * Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Perks and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
