Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate, your duties will include: * Assisting customers with questions and recommendations to ensure a seamless shopping experience * Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash registers to maintain accuracy and efficiency * Maintaining the security of cash and protecting company assets to prevent loss and theft * Keeping the store well-stocked and recovering merchandise to ensure a positive shopping experience * Receiving merchandise and helping with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards * Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment by maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders * Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable * Other duties as assigned by management **Skills and Experience** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred) * Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents * Physical stamina to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting * Excellent customer service and relationship management skills * Strong organizational and communication skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills **Perks and Benefits** We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
