**Customer Service Associate Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in welcoming new enrollees and providing them with an overview of our Federal Lifeline Program services and processes. You'll be responsible for:
* Welcoming new enrollees and providing an overview of the Federal Lifeline Program services and processes
* Maintaining high-levels of confidentiality with sensitive client information
* Acting as the primary point of contact responsible for handling all enrollment appointments
* Managing customers with care, sincerity, and empathy toward their issues and escalating any that require additional resources to resolve
* Empathizing and deescalating consumer concerns with sincerity, understanding, and care
* Utilizing provided tools and resources to effectively educate consumers on the benefits provided by the Federal Lifeline Program
**Customer Service Associate Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in Consulting, Customer Service, Benefits Enrollment, Member Services, or sales (preferred)
* A degree in Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
* The ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in times of stress
* An agile thinker and decision-maker
* Impeccable professionalism and communication with clients, management, and fellow staff
* Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow-through in a role that leaves limited opportunity for errors
