Your primary objectives will be to: * Act as a direct liaison between customers and The vAn to analyze and help resolve escalated or complex consumer-related issues with the end goal being a win-win resolution. * Continuously seek to reduce the overall turnaround time for issue resolution to ensure a premium experience for The vAn consumers. * Attend The vAn team weekly meetings, assisting in providing team updates on order fulfillment, resource allocation, and process improvement opportunities. **What You'll Work With** At arenaflex, we serve athletes and fuel their potential on a global scale.
